Thanks for shopping at Totco. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you're exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Totco. We'll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Totco, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Totco's Privacy Policy.

If there's something wrong with the service/product you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you will not be able to issue a refund for your item.

Your Order Refund & Refund Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order beore your shipment is processed which ususlly happens the same day itself within few hours of the order received.

You can cancel/return part of the order if no offers or discounts were applied. You cannot return a single piece from a multi-piece pack.

Color variations are an inherent risk of online shopping due to differences in display screens. Therefore, we cannot exchange items for "Colour Variation/Mismatch.

However, if we sent you the wrong color (e.g., you ordered Black but received Red), we will exchange it.

For "Size Unfit," we cannot offer exchanges. However, if we sent you the wrong size (e.g., you ordered M but received L), we will exchange it.

We only accept exchanges or returns if we delivered a product with a manufacturing defect, wrong size, or wrong color, subject to item availability.

If a returned product fails the quality check (e.g., torn, washed, stained, or mishandled), we will ship it back to you at your cost.

Exchanges are free if the item is defective or the wrong size/color was delivered, subject to stock availability and serviceability of your address. Please respect our exchange policy and avoid abusing it.

Exchanged goods cannot be exchanged again.

The final decision on exchanges and refund rests with Totco.
